How we handle personal information

This policy explains what FOCUS PLUS MEDIA does with personal information collected through this website. It is written for visitors who request a strategy call or browse the page.

For privacy requests, email us or write to the postal address. We are the contact point for access, correction, deletion, and other rights described below.

What this page collects

If you submit the strategy form, you give us your name, work email, phone number, company, the service you are interested in, and your message. Website and the optional service-updates box are included only if you fill them in.

The consent box is required. The service-updates box is optional and is not ticked for you.

This page does not send the form to a server of its own. After validation, a confirmation asks you to email the request to hello@focus-plus-media.com, or to copy it and send it yourself. Until you close that confirmation, the details stay in the page’s memory so those buttons work. They are not written to a database by this page.

If we later connect a secure form address, the same fields will be sent there for the same purpose. We will update this policy before that change, and we will say so on the form.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use this form to build advertising audiences.

Legal basis

We rely on your consent, given through the checkbox, and on steps you ask us to take before a contract. Where the Personal Data Protection Law of the Kingdom of Bahrain (Law No. 30 of 2018) applies, we follow it. Where other privacy laws apply to you, including the GDPR for people in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we honour the rights those laws give you.

Cookies and similar storage

Your cookie choice (Essential only or Accept) is stored in local storage on your device under the key fpm-cookie-choice. That is so we do not show the notice on every visit. You can change it with Cookie settings in the footer, or by clearing site data in your browser.

This page does not set advertising cookies and does not run a Taboola Realize pixel. If a measurement pixel is added later, it will run only after you choose Accept, and this policy will name Taboola, the purpose, and the choices below.

Fonts

The page loads typefaces from Google Fonts. Google may receive your IP address and basic browser data when the font files are requested. You can block third-party requests in your browser. The page still works without those fonts.

Who else sees the information

If you email the request, your email provider and ours process the message so it can be delivered. We do not pass enquiry details to unrelated advertisers. A hosting or email vendor may process mail only so we can receive it and reply.

How long we keep it

Details you email us are kept for as long as we need to answer you and for ordinary business records, then deleted or anonymised. The copy held in the confirmation window is dropped when you close it. The cookie choice stays until you change or clear it.

International transfers

Email providers and Google may process technical data or message content outside Bahrain. Where the law requires a safeguard for that transfer, we use one.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of the personal information we hold, ask us to correct it, delete it, or restrict it, and you can object to certain uses. You can withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect processing that was already lawful. You can also complain to the Bahrain Personal Data Protection Authority, or to your local authority if another law applies.

Children

This page is for businesses and is not aimed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will post the new version on this page and update the date above.
