These terms cover the public website of FOCUS PLUS MEDIA, Shop 6, Building 1723, Road 4041, Block 740, A'ALI, Bahrain (commercial registration 10247-10, VAT 220014850000002). They are a plain-language notice. They do not create a client engagement.

What the page is

This is a promotional page for our own services: search engine optimisation, paid media (PPC), social media marketing, and integrated digital programmes. It is not an advertorial, a news article, or a third-party offer.

No result is promised

Descriptions of services explain how we work. They are not a promise of rankings, traffic, lead volume, revenue, or return on spend. Those outcomes depend on the market, the offer, the budget, the creative, and the starting point. Any future case study will be labelled with its source and context.

Enquiries

The form checks your details in the browser and then lets you email them to hello@focus-plus-media.com. A confirmation on screen means the details passed those checks. It does not mean a contract has started, an account has been opened, or a fee is due.

A client engagement starts only when both sides agree scope, fees, and timing in writing. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you submit. Do not send unlawful, misleading, or someone else’s confidential information.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the form, attempt to break the page, or copy this site in a way that suggests you are FOCUS PLUS MEDIA. You may share the public address of the page.

Intellectual property

The words, layout, and marks on this page belong to FOCUS PLUS MEDIA unless a credit says otherwise. Service names such as SEO, PPC, and SMM describe the work. They are not a claim over those industry terms.

Liability

The page is general information. Decisions you make from it are your own. Nothing here excludes liability that the law of Bahrain does not allow us to exclude. We are not liable for losses that arise only because a form email was not sent, a font failed to load, or a third-party site linked from the privacy policy was unavailable.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain. The courts of Bahrain may hear disputes about them, without limiting any right you have to raise a data-protection complaint with a competent authority.
